“A Great Day” is a powerful short film that captures the heart of our Catholic faith through the everyday action of priests. What may seem like a mundane, perhaps even wasted hospital visit is in fact an encounter with Christ!

The story explores how people who are often filled with brokenness, resentment, and guilt, must forgive not only God but themselves first. It highlights the vital role of the sacraments, especially Confession, Anointing of the Sick, the Last Rites, and most importantly, the Eucharist, the source and summit of our faith.

Produced by Mount Carmel Studios on a non-existent budget, the film has gone on to win multiple awards and has amassed a huge following. It has been translated to seven different languages and been seen in over 50 different countries. Hundreds of people have had life changing experiences helping them learn to forgive themselves by watching the film.
